    1.  What format should my guest list be in?

    Your guest list may be submitted by either of the following formats for your
    convenience: Email, Fax, Excel or Word.  The list should be alphabetized by last
    name and include first names and phone numbers.  As a free service, we will gladly
    format your guest list for you.  All you have to do is submit your guest names and
    phone numbers and we will do the rest!


    2.  What if I need to add or delete names from my guest list after being
    submitted?

    We will be happy to make necessary changes for no charge, up to 5 guests.  Please
    email us any changes.


    3.  Should I notify you of any responses that I receive?

    Yes, please inform us of any responses you receive directly.  It will help us keep
    accurate track and keep us notified of which guests have already responded.


    4.  What if you do not receive a response from a guest?

    EZresponses will contact your guest up to three times.  If guest do not respond after
    the third time, we will consider them as a regret.


    5. How often do you send updates on my guest list?

    EZresponses will send you weekly updates on your guest list, however you are more
    than welcome to contact us anytime.


    6.  Are you able to gather any additional information for me?

    Yes, we would be happy to assist you with gathering information.  Please let us know
    what your needs are and we will do our best


    7.  What type of payments do you accept?

    Credit cards and debit cards.  For other payment options, please contact us directly.
