  1. Provide us with your event information by filling out the Registration Form.
  2. EZresponses will contact you upon accepting your registration and an email
    confirmation will be sent within 48 hours. (Registration will not be processed until
    payment is received.)
  3. EZresponses will assign you a toll-free phone number and personal extension.
  4. Email us your guest list names alphabetically including telephone numbers.
    Example:   Smith, John and Betty    (555) 123-4567
  5. You will be billed $1.50 per invitation (not guest) using our convenient online
    services.  (For example, an event of 200 people, you will probably only send 100-150
    invitations.)
  6. Order invitations and print EZresponses.com with our toll-free number and
    your personal extension. (See sample invitation)
  7. Notify us when invitations have been mailed.
  8. As your guest respond, we will update your list and send you weekly notices.
  9. EZresponses will make three attempts to reach guests who have not
    responded.
  10. We will submit a finalized list of confirmation and regrets to you by email.
